The CONNECT LD6000 deboner is designed for high capacity production request of chicken processing plant. The deboner is working for chicken thigh or drum meat. The machine is fully consturcted by food grade stainless steel, sliding, deboning and protection device.
The working principle of this deboner is mechanical elastic extrusion , placing the upper leg of the chicken on the tray, and after entering the deboning system, the slider of the positioning cylinder and the slider of the ejector move at the same time, pushing the upper leg into the rubber sleeve for separation of the flesh and bones; It realizes the separation of bone and meat, and realizes the process of automatic deboning instead of manual, which greatly reduces the labor intensity of workers a, improves the production efficiency and the meat damage rate is low. The machine is simple, quick, time-saving and labor-saving, and have been widely appreciated and recognized by the majority of users.

The fully automatic poultry processing line including live Bird Reception Machine such as live birds crates stack and destack machine, transporting conveyor,crates washer, Poultry Slaughtering Unit of chicken water bath stunner, automatically killing machine, feather plucker, scalder, head cutter or puller, chicken hock cutter, shackle washer and automatic conveyor line transfer to Chicken Evisceration unit of Chicken Evisceration Machine such as opener, vent cutter, Eviscerator, cropper, neck breaker, chicken inside and outside washer, and then transfer to Chicken pre-chilling unit of Water chilling or Air Chilling system, if the final product is whole bird will go to packing direct after chilling, if have cut-up parts, will processed by Chicken Cut-Up Machine, the chicken by-products is processed by its handling equipment, like for gizzards of gizzard de-fatter, peeler, cutter, after packing products will sent it to Chilling room , blast freezer , and transfer to cold room for storage.
