Chain plate conveyor
Chain plate conveyor is used for conveying products of meat production. It is reliable in working, long distance conveying and large quality transport. It is food grades chain plate used for food industry, color is bright, good in look. It is widely used in poultry slaughterhouse or other meat production plant.

Working theory：
The driving shaft is installed with main driving teeth wheel. The transmission of plate chain is driven by the driving gear moving the tooth grove on the chain plate.

The unit mold of chain is big loading, which is not easy change shape. And it is suitable for working flat or with angle, and angle of conveyor is up to 60°, bent diameter is 3 to 5meter.
The max. conveying speed is 15m to 20 meter per min. It is working with mechanical or frequency convertor.

Note：
1、Cleaning conveyor with hot water after each shaft working to cleaning well from grease.
2、Adding oil to shaft on time, and replace all oil in each 6 months.
3、Add reducer oil on time, which extend the working life of reducer and reduce noise.
5、It is not allowed water sprayed into motor during cleaning.
The chain plate conveyor is normall used after cut-up section, used to transport meat, chicken, or cut-up products. All foods grades products, hygiene of meat industry.
The fully automatic Poultry Processing Line including live Bird Reception Machine such as live birds crates stack and destack machine, transporting conveyor,crates washer, Poultry Slaughtering Unit of chicken water bath stunner, automatically killing machine, feather plucker, scalder, head cutter or puller, chicken hock cutter, shackle washer and automatic conveyor line transfer to Chicken Evisceration unit of Chicken Evisceration Machine such as opener, vent cutter, eviscerator, cropper, neck breaker, chicken inside and outside washer, and then transfer to Chicken pre-chilling unit of Water chilling or Air Chilling system, if the final product is whole bird will go to packing direct after chilling, if have cut-up parts, will processed by Chicken Cut-Up Machine, the chicken by-prdocuts is processed by its handling equipment, like for gizzards of gizzard de-fatter, peeler, cutter, after packing products will sent it to Chilling room , blast freezer , and transfer to cold room for storage.
