Stepping conveyor (for cattle online processing, O shape rail)

The stepping conveyor is used to processing the cattle with the steps of cutting the head, de-skinning, chest opening, white offal removal, red offal removal, splitting, spray washing, this equipment is highly automatic working, convenient operating. And at last transfer the cattle finally to inspection and weighing unit.

The system including:

l  Stepping type conveyor;

l  This conveyor is vertical shape;

l  The power capacity: Customized according to cattle slaughtering line capacity;

l  The valid length of conveyor: Customized

l  Including one set of full closed hot galvanized rolling shape rail;

l  Distance for leg hanging hock: 400mm, easy for pre-deskinning, and deskinning.

l  One set of stepping model driving unit;

l  One set of tensioning device which with airbag tensioning;

l  One set 2nd time expansion device;

l  The distance for 2nd time leg hock is 800mm, which is easy for chest opening, taken white offal, taken red offal and splitting;
