High-temperature wet fermentation compact design
Ⅰ. Technical flow
The mortality chicken or animal carcass feeding into Batch Cooker through raw material feeding system, the mortality chicken or animal carcass is crushed into small pieces through the mixing and crushing device; At the same time, the heating system at bottom is heating the raw material rapidly with high temperature to reach to harmless treatment requirement. At the high temperature aerobic environment, the complex microbial flora multiply rapidly which decompose the macromolecular proteins and fats in mortality chicken, animal or its parts into small molecular amino acids, glycerol and fatty acids, etc., releasing nitrogen, phosphorus and phosphorus and potassium nutrients, water and heat which are needed by plants, etc., and play the role of harmlessness and deodorization. Gases such as water vapor generated during heating and fermentation are treated by air purification devices. After discharging, the semi-finished organic fertilizer is finally produced.
This design is including mixing and crushing, heating and drying, so as to realized the harmless, reduction, and comprehensive utilization of mortality chicken and animal. The whole working processing is full sealing, controllable, fully compliant with biological safety and environmental protection.
Ⅱ. Technical design
1. Treatment process: high-temperature humidification fermentation method, in line with the Ministry of Agriculture's "Disease and Diseased Animals Harmless Disposal Technical Specifications” (Nongyifa [2017] No. 25).
2. Volume and each batch processing capacity: volume≧1 ton/batch.
3. The maximum weight of a each animal to be handled: 350 kg, and the length of the upper hopper is not less than 1.7 meter.
4. The mixing crushing system: There are 3 lines of fixed knives inside the tank of equipment along the direction of main shaft, and there are 3 lines of plowshare-shaped moving knives on main shaft blades.
5. Main driving system: The main shaft rotating speed is 7-8 rpm. The reducer is anti. Friction hard teeth reducer, which not only ensure the high torque to work for large animals, but also have overload protective device.
6. The treatment time: 12-24 hour.
7. The first time accessory material adding rate: 20-30% of animal.
8. The total power: 48-60 kw, 380 V, 50 Hz.
9. Consumption: Each kilogram of raw material electricity consumption≦0.35 °/kg
10. The working temperature (℃) ： ≧120
11. Temperature control method and efficiency: The temperature control of the entire processing cycle is subdivided into two periods of operation. The upper limit of temperature in each time period can be adjusted; The working power is regulated according to the different season, which summer working with lower power, and winter working with high power. The system is able to work emergency which treatment frozen mortality chicken or animal in 4 hours.
12. The working plant size is not more than 72 square meter, which size is 9 *8 *4.5 meter.
13. The control model: SIEMENS PLC and touch screw, plus internet web remote control.
