Ⅰ. Applying Scope
This compact Rendering Equipment design is suitable for livestock or animals farms. The continuous working capacity is rendering 2ton dead animal or dead poultry in 5-6 hours
Ⅱ. Designing principle
This 1 ton rendering system is designing with the principle of eco. Friendly, energy saving, low consumption, safe in operation. It is working with low energy consumption equipment, flow working, improving facility working efficiency, less failure; Optimizing the working process, less space taken, shortest working transit processing, low cost in operation, maximize flow working, and greatly saving labor during production. The raw material is not direct connect with heat energy which reduce the waste water during production.
Ⅲ. Features of working flow
1) Working at high temperature and high pressure, which completely sterilized and maximize ensure the biological safety.
2) The whole sterilization process is at closed status, there is no need any civil work basement for cooker.
3) High efficiency in working, simple working flow which greatly reduce the operating cost.
4). There is no need add any auxiliary in working, the cooked powder can be used as fertilizer for cultivation, or additive to other kind of animal feed. The fat extracted from powder can be used for biodiesel or chemical oil.
5) According to the land and traffic status to arrange factory, and management building, saving land and investment.
6) The system is assembly freely, the specification can be regulated according to development of farm.
Ⅳ. Designing
1. The working capacity and ratio of production.
Averagely continuously processing 1 ton of raw material in eight hours.
Production ratio:
Raw material/meal production: 35% 0.7ton
2. The plant working conditions:
Standard power supply: main current: 380V, 50HZ
Control current: 220V, 50HZ
The total power volume of system: P≈400KW
Labors need: 1-2 person
The suggested plant area: 20 (L) * 8 (W)*6(H) meter
3. Introduction of working flow
1) Raw material pre-breaking and transport
The dead animals after collected are transport by special closed self-damping vehicles to Rendering Plant. After vehicles get disinfected at entrance of rendering plant gate, the dead animals are damped direct into elevating hopper and then feed into pre-breaker to crush whole animal into small pieces. The pre-breaker is working in closed camber, the size after cutting is around 40-50mm, and transport into cooker through screw conveyor. The dead animal or poultry raw material first transport with vehicles to plant, damped into platform which elevating system driven by hydraulic cylinder. The raw material sliding into cooker when the platform raise up to same level with cooker feeding port and inclined to it with certain angle.
2) High temperature cooking
After loading around 2tons of material, switch off the feeding valve, and heating up and sterilization, maintain the pressure for 30 minutes when the inside cooker temperature reach up to 140 Celsius degree. After maintaining pressure, small relief and big relief to the normal pressure, and then goes into drying stage. The system drying with low temperature vacuum drying model at 80 Celsius degree, which reduce the energy consumption, and reduce the drying time. The drying period takes about 4 to 5 hours which the water contains is controllable, the water contains of meal drop to about 12%, the fat contains is about 30%, turn on the discharging port and discharge meat meal by screw conveyor, the whole system is control by PLC which is easy operation.
3）The odor control a. The whole vacuum drying stage is controlled by vacuum station, water level and water drainage control.
b. The odor generated during cooking goes into condenser pipelines after pass through cyclone, the outside of pipelines is cycling condensed water which after heat exchanging and hot steam condensed into water. The waste water direct discharge into drainage or waste water treatment.
