In the modern large capacity poultry slaughterhouse, the automatic live birds crates receiving system is an necessary part for guarantee the high and efficient working speed. CONNECT full automatic crates handling system pass the third generation, which first generation is Hydraulic power crates de-stacking system. The second generation is one stack crates de-stacking system, the third generation is two stack crates de-stacking system.


Below is main features of second generation crates de-stacking system  

        Third: two stack crates de-stacking system

         The third generation crates de-stacking is upgrade of successful working of second generation.

         

        Main parameter:

  •  The crates de-stacking capacity is 2660 crates/H, if calculated by each crates holding 6 chicken, the working capacity is match with Poultry Processing Line capacity 16000 BPH.
  • The whole de-stacking system including crates receiving nylon chain conveyor, crates mechanical hoisting platform, up air power crates clamping device and two sides crates nylon chain conveyors.
  • The motor reducer power of receiving nylon chain conveyor is 5.5 kw
  • Crates hoisting motor reducer power is 11 kw, which hoisting 5 stacks x 9 level (10 level) of crates at a time.
  • The side nylon chain conveyor motor reducer power is 1.1 kw X 2 sets.
  • The whole power for system is 25 kw. The maximum normal operational power is 14 kw.
  • The pressed air consumption is 0.25 m³/min, air pressure 6 kgf / cm2
  • The way of dispatching crates: The up crates of each stack is parallel moving onto side conveyor by clamping device, and transport to birds hanging conveyor.
