Digester (Combined with cooking and Drying process)
Digester realize the easy handling of odor process result, which is the upgrade of Batch Cooker and combined cooking and drying in one equipment. Clients are easy to operate the Odor System, and processing is more stable.
The working process is same as batch cooker for cooking stage, after cooking, the meal dried in same machine, no need discharge it and drying in dryer. The cooking time is about 1.5hours, and the drying time is about 2.5 hours. Water contains is around 10% after drying.

The raw material after feed into Digester which treatment by Raw Material Handling Equipment, and cooking and drying, the meal is discharged into Meal Transit Hopper for transit storage if the meal need to be separate fat by Fat Press Machine , the odor will sent it to odor system which sucked by vacuum station with the cyclation of condensed cold water
