The CONNECT HQ-210J intelligent counter is automation working which used in bird reception unit, or final production unit to automatic counting the birds number, highly improve the managment of poultry processing production.

1.The counting model is optional: Users choose the right model according it their own actual conditions: like single counting model, pellet counting, even counting 5 items which are connected.

8.Target number fixing, automatically connect with electronic equipment: The counter can lock with belt conveyor, packing machine, or other electronic equipment, and controlling together, when the number reach to the setting number, the relay A in counter automatically working, and control the belt or other equipment automatically stop working,the time period for stopping, users can set by themselves.
9.Warning in advance: When the counting number reach up to the setting number 10 items before, the relay inside counter B starts working, which can connect with outside light warning device which appear with lights. Users set the number when alarm start.
10.The induction time can be adjusted: The signal of counter is input by the photoelectric or close switch, the induction time is from 5ms to 9.9s optional.
11.One key back to Zero: Back to Zero is by key on host or remote control to Zero;
12.Wireless Control: The counter can be controlled with wireless remote control to clear to Zero, on or stop;
13.Password protection: Users can set and modify the administrator`s password by themselves; After put password, and then setting the data and total accumulative to Zero.
14.Indicator : There is indicator on counter, which to show the different working status of it.
15.External multi-screen display: One counter can connect with 1 to 16 large screen display with wire, which synchronously display the current loading number, and satisfy the visual needs of clients.
16.Wireless large screen: The counter is communicate with multiple wireless large screen to show the inside plant counting status (Optional)
17.485 communication or standard Modbus communication: Communication protocol is open , and convenient for second time development, can connect with computer, and transfer the data to management center like PLC, DCS.
18.Computer control: Multiple counters connected with computer network and centralized monitoring, with counter delivery management software (optional), the vehicle license number, shift number, products name, delivery time,
counter data, manager name and other data all can be storage into computer which is for checking, statistics, print statements.
The fully automatic Poultry Processing Line including live Bird Reception Machine such as live birds crates stack and destack machine, transporting conveyor,crates washer, Poultry Slaughtering Unit of chicken water bath stunner, automatically killing machine, feather plucker, scalder, head cutter or puller, chicken hock cutter, shackle washer and automatic conveyor line transfer to Chicken Evisceration unit of Chicken Evisceration Machine such as opener, vent cutter, eviscerator, cropper, neck breaker, chicken inside and outside washer, and then transfer to Chicken pre-chilling unit of Water chilling or Air Chilling system, if the final product is whole bird will go to packing direct after chilling, if have cut-up parts, will processed by Chicken Cut-Up Machine, the chicken by-prdocuts is processed by its handling equipment, like for gizzards of gizzard de-fatter, peeler, cutter, after packing products will sent it to Chilling room , blast freezer , and transfer to cold room for storage.
