This Round pelletizer is suitable for organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, organic and inorganic compound fertilizer. It is accepted by most of clients due to its high rate of pelleting, high capacity, working stable, durable and long service light. The bottom of pelleting is reinforced by several radiant steel plates which is durable and never deformed. The thickened and sturdy basement is designed which is smoothly in running. The plate clear system is fixed to remove all the bonding layers on bottom and edge of disc which greatly reducing the labor work.

The Working Principle: The DISC Pelletizer is face to face working, which is easy operation and regulating. There is a water spraying system fixed on top of disc, which is spraying like mist, when the raw material continuously feeding into rotating disc. With belt conveyor and transfer to up with disc. Rotating, the mist mixing with raw material, and get pelleting with the rotary of disc, and become bigger and bigger with time passing. The angle of disc is adjustable according to the pellets size, normally the angle adjustable range is from 35°to 50°, after the pellets size reach up to set size and goes out of disc. And feeding into next stage with belt conveyor.
