Automatic high yield wing cutter to cut the whole wing, mounted on the overhead conveyor track,including two rotating circular knives
Automatic breast cutter for cutting, the whole breast, made of high quality stainless steel, mounted on the overhead conveyor track including two rotating disc drives
Automatic carcass trimmer to cut off the foremost part of the back,made of high quality stainless steel, to be mounted on the overhead conveyor track including two rotating disc knives
Automatic leg separator to cut straight through the saddle,made of high quality stainless steel, to be mounted on the overhead conveyor track including one rotating circular knife.
Automatic drumstick / thigh cutter, to be mounted in a 180° curve, made of high quality stainless steel, including one rotating circular knife.
Mechanical line clearer with a stainless steel frame, to be mounted in a 90° curve
Sets of guide bars, to guide the cut-up shackles in the appropriate direction
Together with control system
After birds come out of Pre-Chilling System, if client final products want to do whole birds will go to chicken by-products handling equipemnt / section, like direct packed in bags or tray, if client still want to do cut-up products, so cut into different part by chicken cut up system, like wings, legs, drum sticks, tigh, breast, or other parts
The fully automatic Poultry Processing Line including live Bird Reception Machine such as live birds crates stack and destack machine, transporting conveyor,crates washer, Poultry Slaughtering Unit of chicken water bath stunner, automatically killing machine, feather plucker, scalder, head cutter or puller, chicken hock cutter, shackle washer and automatic conveyor line transfer to Chicken Evisceration unit of Chicken Evisceration Machine such as opener, vent cutter, eviscerator, cropper, neck breaker, chicken inside and outside washer, and then transfer to Chicken pre-chilling unit of Water chilling or Air Chilling system, if the final product is whole bird will go to packing direct after chilling, if have cut-up parts, will processed by Chicken Cut-Up Machine, the chicken by-prdocuts is processed by its handling equipment, like for gizzards of gizzard de-fatter, peeler, cutter, after packing products will sent it to Chilling room , blast freezer , and transfer to cold room for storage.
