The second generation is one stack crates de-stacking system, the third generation is two stack crates de-stacking system.

Below is main features of first generation crates de-stacking system  



First: Hydraulic power crates de-stacker                                                                             

1. The maximum de-stacking speed is 1800 crates/ Hour
2. The hydraulic power system each time raising fours stacks, 9 level of crates.
3. The system equipped with double crates clamping device, each clamping device is for clamping 4 levels of crates
4. The stacking is from bottom of each stack, and conveying by chain.
5. The requirement for crates: The crates used should be uniform, and stacked  well before enter receiving conveyor.
6. The hydraulic power station providing power for whole stack raising, and clamping, the high pressure oil pipe pressure reach up to 100 kgf/cm²
